ARE YOU LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE?
There is so much going on in our world. And yes it’s easy to get entangled in all of the demands, responsibilities and pulls on our lives. So you must take out the time to reflect on your life on a regular basis and honestly ask yourself the question: Are you living your Best Life?
When I say best life, that means are you allowing the true essence of who you are to shine through? Are you making sure you are healthy in each area of your life: physical, emotional, and mental health. Periodically, you must shut out all of the noise and have a one on one with yourself. “To thine own self be true. Be true to who you really are.
To get the best out of your life despite what you have experienced, requires that you become very focused on Your health, Your choices, and Thinking Big. Never being okay with just getting by but being able to say, “I lived my best life to my fullest extent.”
Each morning get up and establish a regular routine being intentional about you getting the most out of your day. For me, I find that getting up early before the sun comes up and doing some type of exercise, ( I run and do aerobics). This gets your circulation flowing good, which produces endorphins that decreases stress. Find some type of meditation that fits you and your style of relaxation, and then reflect on how your day will go and what you want to accomplish.
You may not have control over something that happened outside of you, but you do have the power of making the choices that will serve you and a higher purpose.
Remember never accept whatever comes your way. You have one life to live. Make the most of it.
